Yak Pilots.
« on: April 24, 2008, 01:29:56 AM »
A group of our own maybe?

I was thinking the Federation of Yakolev's (F.O.Y.)
Axis C.O. for Battle of the Dnieper, Winter '43

Trikky is away and not giving any sign of life.

As for a Yakolev fan club that could be nice, but 9GIAP is recruiting also ^^

Yak sucks

Yaks are little weasly, fast, and deadly planes in the right hands. If I can't seem to shoot anyone down in the 9U, I'll get out the 9T :t. ("T" for "Tater" gun ) No need for loads of ammo. :D

The Yak 9T is a beast in the proper hands.  You have to have an uncanny skill at shooting taters but once you do it's a machine.  It has a pretty horrible roll rate at low speed though; nothing snap rolling can't fix.

Yep, very good Yak pilot, my favourite Yak fight... is he still around? It's a long time I don't see him in MA.

I"m thinking:
The Royal Federation of Yakolev Pilots (T.R.O.Y.P.)
Определенный артикль Королевский Федерация B (Yakolev) Пилоты

How you say Yakolev in Russian?
Axis C.O. for Battle of the Dnieper, Winter '43
