Scenario: You log in to AHII and you click on online, the arena list pops up and you see this:

Green    10/170
Purple   40/170
Orange  449/400
Blue       150/300

Then you type in the old .sr/.f command to see your squadmates, or buddies, or favorite bad guy in Orange. 

Then you hit quit, log back in, but accidently hit the offline arena (as you mutter obsenities to yourself).  Quit log back in again to find:
 Green   12/170
Purple   42/170
Orange  446/400
Blue       153/300

And you continue this process until the arena you want to be in has space.  So here is my proposal, a refresh button that you click and update the current arena numbers.

I think this idea was brought up before and turned down because it would clog up the server

Yeah, people would sit there and ping the server to death.
