Awesome setup, except that I hate that stick.  I have one, it has so much slop in it that its only about half as good as a $29 Saitek.

By the way, it was a real b**ch running the wire through the tubing especially the usb plugs, not worth the effort. Maybe go up to one inch if you want to do that.

i was going to say thats a really neat cable management solution , headsets and sound cards are consumables for me as I keep trippin over the cables

I haven't  done anything about keyboard, mouse placement yet. I haven't had much time to do anything lately, but when I have it in the office/computer room I just use the keyboard and mouse on the desk in front of the rack.
In the living room with the plasma, I've only flown offline, without keyboard.
