What happened to HTC customer service?

I sent a message to HTC requesting to put my account on "hold" ( or just same my handle )for 2 months so that when I get back I still have my handle reserved as..... they did before. The answer was something like " we have no way of doing that". So I replied asking what changed since in the past Joe-Anne did it for us. No reply.

1- Why can't they do it anymore?
2- Why are they ignoring a simple question? Don't I deserve a reply?
3-What happened to Joe-Anne?

OH I get it now...they want me to stay away for more than 2 months.....due to my big mouth :)

I thought you just had to send an email requesting your old handle back after a break in subscription.

I once took a break and had no problems getting back my old handle that way.

She was a great part of the HTC team IMHO, and a REALLY nice person too.



Carrie is great too, I have spoken to her a few times and always takes care of my issues.

In english "your" is the right possessive for both the singular and plural 2nd person, but in Italian there are two different forms! ;)

It worked for me when I took about 6 months off for computer related issues.
