Why shouldn't California legalise communism? Most of the states political leadership are communist.

The California Senate yesterday passed legislation that would delete membership in the Communist party as a reason for firing a public employee, a Cold War-era prohibition intended to root out communists.

So at least one state decided to follow the Constitution. Good.

I wonder why Communism wasn't declared a religious concept, that it really is.
