change terrain?

I'm trying to get into some of the missions, but when I go to change the terrain, the "change terrain" choice is greyed out and I cannot click on it.  I downloaded the terrain and placed in the terrain files.  The mission shows up, but not the terrain.  I'm specifically trying to launch the Yamamoto's Last Flight mission. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, but I found the Terrain button on the main menu.

However, the terrain I need isn't there!

all the active terrains can be downloaded off the main page - Downloads - terrains

Last time I checked it was Completely FUBARED.  (i.e. I got graphics card problems... )
