I thought we already have trainers? Isn't there enough to go around or something?

I thought that's what the trainers were for.

The trainers do an awsum job :salute

But there isn't enough of them, SkyRock is willing to take his time and help out , this can only be a good thing and should be taken advantage of.

 :salute SkyRock

Yanksfan owns SkyRock by the way!

Egos are left at the door with this....

All except your own that is. What makes you so special that you can rate me and tell me what I need to do to improve my game?

No offense there Skyrock, you are a good stick in the virtual world, but your post kind of strikes me as nothing but a big ego boost to yourself. Comes across like "I am the best there is and if you ever want to be a badarse like me, you have to let me tell you how to fly."

Give me a break.

You may not like SkyRock's attitude, or game play, or him, i don't know, but he is just trying something new to help out, cut him some slack.

well, dude, in that respect what exactl makes our trainers so special that they can rate us and tell us what we need to do to improve? the same as skyrock......they've put in time to learn and have the willingness to teach others. all he's trying to do is help us all out. is that really such a bad thing?

Ermmm, well.... SkyRock has probably dueled some of the best sticks in the game at some point, and gotten his butt handed to him, i'm sure, so I would give him the benefit of being able to "rate" others, entirely subjective, tho'.

I probably wouldn't even have posted but for one thing. His ego IS that big and this is nothing but a way for him to try and stroke it some more. I can't count the number of posts he's made here in the BBS of him talking about how uber he is and everyone else sucks, or the number of times I've seen him on 200 talking down to people.

If he wants to claim himself as the know all authority for flying cartoons airplanes, and you want to back him up thats fine, but I've been playing this game for quite awhile now (coming up on 3 years) and I know who Skyrock is and I know how he thinks he's the best there is. If I met him face to face we'd probably get along just fine, but his in game persona and how he conducts himself in game most times is pretty lame IMHO.

I've fought him before in the MA and I've lost most of those fights and I learned from all of them. I think it's great if he wants to teach someone, but his post didn't really say anything about that did it? No it said Skyrock and a handfull of other badarse pilots wil duel you and then rate you.

Might have come off better if he had said something along the lines of "Hey I'm looking to teach people advanced ACM, if your interested look me up and I'll see if I can find areas where you can improve your ACM."

This time his persona proceeded himself and I found his post rather lame so I commented on it.
