Well, this is actually making me reflect on the true side of the issues.
I'm working on opening a business and figured a few months away from the game would help. The truth is that I need all the time I have so realistically who knows when I'll really be able to play again. Some people say that things happen for a reason so not just because I have a big mouth that htc ignoring me but I'm actually receiving a great suggestion. Forget about playing and get the ball rolling with the business. So I'm deleting my account and focus on the real life. Thanks for you positiveness... LOL ..guys.

Yup, I cancelled my account about a year ago and at that time asked if they could hold my handle for me, the answer was no, but if it's not taken when you come back, it's yours. I phoned to re-start my account, asked about the handle... no problem.
