According to the article it is a REPEAT of a previous bill?

And I really have to say here that Boxer is NOT one of my fav politicians.

If I had been able to vote for her I would NOT have voted for her.

Not fond of Fienstien (spelling?) either.

I live in kalifornia.. our state is run by liberal socialist feminist women at every level and you all can see how it is playing out here.    I have told you all that the EPA will make the IRS seem like it was downright benevolent in a few years.   the EPA will make your sewer bill be $200 a month.. it will make your water bill be $200+ a month... it will add a $100 a month storm water tax to you house every month and it will add about 10 cents on the dollar to everything you buy or do from now on.

All based on junk science and a desire for socialism.

Oh laz, you know that Feinstein, Boxer, and Pelosi only have our best interest at heart. They are going to make life better for you and everyone else even if it kills you.
