Just want to clarify a couple of things:

1. When you are going to the nearest fight, does that mean that you are at full power going to the flight?

2. Squad vox is only allowed for the pilots that are not flying anymore on your squad?

U must be tuned vox 101.  So how can u be on squad vox.  It states about squad text and yes, U can use squad text now but only for none tactical info.  Tactical meaning a players positon, plane status (ie fuel leaks, damage, etc..), who left, etc. 

U don't have to be full throttle as I know most fly with limited fuel but u better be still heading to the FIGHT!

Neither do you guys.  I know you work for free but obviously, you can't handle the job.  So, I don't have to participate because I don't like it.  true, and I wont.  How about instead, you guys get lost, someone else takes over, and then the players get to participate?

What is more important for HT and th game?  The players or the KOTH mafia?

Please resign or explain what rule he broke.  It is kind of clear that you guys are seeking revenge for what happened with Lute.  Very low if you ask me.

Dogg, if you show us the film in which m00t "broke" the rule, then I'm sure that not only will people (and myself) stop questioning the CM's actions, but it will also allow us to see why m00t was punished.

Film will do nicely, as you yourself stated that pictures can be photo shopped, and I'm sure you guys didn't just go off of here say.

You guys might want to proof read your rules a little better.  For event leaders who want to make koth seem like it's professionally run and all, the rules look like they were written by a 3rd grader...

Like Roc said, people not involved don't get details.  Besides, simple solution here if u want the answer, ask m00t.  He alrdy knew what he broke when he sent the film to us.  He said it himself in the email.

Any film supporting any claim of foul, cheating, rule
  violations or misconduct of any kind must be made available
  to the host CM no later than 1 week after the event has
  been held.  Any film submitted late, for any reason, will
  be disregarded.  Any deliberate withholding of a film that
  shows proof of a violation that is later submitted as a
  retaliation against another player will be considered
  manipulative, and that act in itself will warrant a penalty.
