Wish I had time to listen to the whole thing.  I'd go make a pot of coffee, start a fire in the fireplace, and sit by my computer listening...pretending it's 1944...

No, but it sure would add to the atmosphere.  Besides, my wife keeps it so cold in the summer that a fire sometimes isn't a bad idea.

I'll fire up my new "The Longest Day" DVD some time today. Wish my friend's sister-in-law hadn't taped over my tapes from the complete original broadcast of "Band of Brothers". I'm getting the DVD set, but it may not be exactly the same. I watched the whole marathon last Sunday though.

I found it on the cheap in the internet $44 for the box, it was slightly dented in the bottom corner but still brand new in packaging.
