Relax bud , find some adults to play with and remember....it's just a game

OH, and by no means do I mean kids are the only ones interested in aerial combat or that only the adults are interested in taking advantage of the full spectrum game play here.. ...it's your time and money, spend it the way you like with whom you like.

I'm well aware many don't have the time, patience or skill required to take a base. Many have wives, children, chores and more important things to do that take up more time than they have.

I'm with valdals on this one, you guys should be required tho play the game the way I want to.....now the problem for you is to figure out what kind of mood I am in at the moment.

I could make it simple and upon logging in announce loudly over vox and with caps on country channel what will be required of you that evening .

if its a game how come you have rankings? why even have base captures or even have squads. you lone wolf selfish pilots are screwing up the concept of this game. win a war and be good at it! ive seen too many people cheating to get ahead. then why cheat if its just a game. why have squads? why have bases? make it all a dueling arena? if you want to furball there is a place to do it. the arenas is for fighting a war and winning it.  

Because you're new and still have that "newbie fresh" smell, I'll clue you in so you don't act like such an idiot in the future.

This game is first and foremost about aerial combat using World War II planes.  This game is not about recreating or winning any war, those have been added to the game to help facilitate the main object of the game and that's shooting other planes down.  

IMO, it's players like you that drag this game down to the gutter and we're better off without the little arm chair generals.

Maybe he did say it but it's not entirely true is it. Aerial combat would not need Tanks, bombers, targets to destroy or map rooms to be taken, (they are in the hundreds BTW).

Aerial combat only needs a few bases for pilots to take off from (maybe 24 )and a plane set that would not need attack or fighter choices to choose from.

HiTech did say it and it's entirely true, not just what you pick to be.

He has stated many times the main purpose of this game is aerial combat and the other stuff was added to help create those air battles we increasingly few love so much.

Well, I don't really hate it (in fact...I kind of enjoy it ).

For anyone that doesn't believe that the creator of the game put the win the war stuff and rank system in to facilitate combat....come to the convention in October (blatant plug for the con  ), he will tell you face to face.

Squelch needs to be made automatic - everytime you login the person is squelched till you decide otherwise.
