...to make it easier to weed out the really stupid threads early on. Perhaps give the first 10 viewers the option to rank the content of a thread....something like.....

etc., the number of total worthless (for information or entertainment purposes) posts seems to have gone through the roof lately.
OH!!! Then add a feature that if enough of your threads get pounded, you are prevented from starting new threads!!!!
(we could probably start by preventing me from creating new threads.....
