I dont mean the bossy smartbutts who say lets take so and so get in my mission....

I mean the guys if ask for help you go if missions up you go if defense is needed and they ask you go.......

im sure this will start something we dont need  but racerx was joiking about posting it,i had a break from work and here it is here is my 3 and ive flown all 3 countries.......

When I think of the few that have contributed over the years to Rooks in a significant way IMHO the vote would go to four of five players that are unfortunately no longer around (though a couple their 2IC's are) but contributed a great deal as CO's. Not only for their own squad but to other squads and the country overall.  They always gave their time for newbies,organised regular training,operations had a good CnC and were exactly what a CO should be imho as an example to others, they were always polite and respectful and received that in return for their leadership.

High amount of kills or low score in a given tour is only a contribution to yourself compared to the above.
