Do rockets have any damage effect on ships and if the carrier or cruiser are hit with a bomb are any of the acks disabled?

1.) Yes, rockets hurt ships

2.) No; torpedoes, bombs, rockets, bullets, spitballs, and diapers don't kill acks on ships. Either the ship and ack works perfectly, or it's dead. There is no in-between.
