I'm sure he will take you up on that offer.  Just as soon as HTC concedes to his demands and reinstates his vox and text privileges before he cancels his account..

I don't mind at all helping to defend a base. But keep in mind I don't sit in a tower and wait for someone to ask for help. Like most people playing (not afk) I'm usually already commited to something and can't just drop everything and run to the latest help call. But if someone asks, I'll try my best.

No. There would exactly the same gnashing of teeth and whining, this time on knight countrychannel. It's universal:

"That sucks! When will Knights/Bishops/Rooks learn to pork?"
"LOL! We suck! Look at the Knights/Bishops/Rooks - THEY are organized"
"Why do WE always get all the n00bs only"

yada yada yada

I would recommend taking the RELAX pill and an occasional visit to the other AH "nations" to broaden one's horizon.

BTW, I'm always puzzled how some little generals do think they will get more support and better gameplay  with constant and regular cussing and insulting of their own team.
I think that's the Tripl5 School of Motivation: Don't say anything positive! If you wanna help, call them names!

Honestly between tripl5, drdeathx and vandals - 3 biggest arm chair squeeking generals rooks have to deal with. Worse your statement is right - they don't do anything to offer help other then name calling and insulting their own country mates even when they are not doing anything to help at all, but sit in a tower and blast people. Why I support a full time squelch list every time you login, 3 names would be squelched forever.

You need to put everything into perspective. Firstly, not everyone cares about the real estate aspect of Aces High, some only care about it when they are in the mood to do so or while it remains fun. Secondly, we're currently playing on GIGANTIC maps where's there's literally a base or three for every player in-game. That's a lot of bases and there's no way to adequately cover them all. As a point in fact, I have seen many, many times a lil' Napoleon screech out for help at base X, players respond and in doing so abandon base Y, base X gets saved and we lose base Y which was previously securely defended. The huge maps we are currently on, incidentally or by design, are impossible to completely defend. They are a milkrunners paradise, there's always going to be some field getting bushwhacked by 5-50 guys that has no or inadequate defense for the forces arrayed against it.

I ask for help on country, either it shows up or i do what i can till the numbers are to much for one person and find another fight. no point in having an aneurysm over a game.

Bishops are usually there to help though when you call for it. Sometimes its only in small numbers (2s or 3s) but it will grow.

I've been on all 3 countries and all 3 are the same. I.e not enough defenders for a base being taken, or arm chair generals completely
screwing up any defense there is.

I like the forward air control guys giving orders, orbiting at 10k above the fight and only coming down once numbers are 5:1 in our favor.

...no other rooks tried to spawn wirbles to defend the town and field...

You DO know there are other defense possibilities right?

Personally I'd rather log off than crawl along the ground to shoot at planes. If the base is vulched and there are no nearby (1.5 sector range) airfields I personally will go look for another fight. Does it matter of that base is lost? I can't see a reason it would other than it being the last airfield to fly from. Even then there's another arena I can go to and dogfight.

something i have found effective is taking a perk ride and flying over the field the red guys are coming from, some will ignore but a lot are attracted to it like bugs to light. buzzing around in a 262 at 10k will keep them down and make them think they might have a shot at killing you.
