Welcome,
One of the problems with this sort of question is that you're asking for a specific answer with a pretty blurry question... How much speed do you want/how fast is "faster"?

Make sure you have your flaps up, gears up, make sure you are flying level and not in a very slow plane (some of them accelerate like molasses)... The very best way to get clear and accurate feedback is to film what you think isn't happening right and post it here for experienced players to look at.   ALT-R  starts/stops film recording.  The films (in .ahf format) go in the " ...\AcesHigh\Films " folder.

Actually, I know what, how do you change the flaps level? (noticed in comparison it was faster at %10 etc)

Throttle control correctly calibrated? And while were on the topic, what do you use for the Throttle control?

You may need to scroll it more than once or twice for full throttle. If you can activate WEP, war emergency power, p key, and it boosts the manifold pressure some you are at full throttle. Just make sure you are in a plane that has WEP available.
You could also check in the 'map controllers' area on clipboard. Look at the numbers next to scroll wheel, throttle, and see if they max out and can go no farther.

fuzeman hit on it.

after you take off, and you THINK throttle is 100% hit the P key for War Emergency Power.

IF you hear a change in your engine pitch, (or look at the gagues) then you do indeed have throttle at 100%.
IF that is the case, hit X to go level, and be patient.  These planes take time to gain speed.

IF you do NOT hear a change in engine pitch, then your throttle isn't 100%.

I suspect you're still in auto-takeoff (auto climb), right?  You're seeing the "auto takeoff" text on screen all this time?  That will set your aircraft to climb at a fixed speed (around 150 for most aircraft).

Once you've climbed to the alt you want to be at, try hitting X once to turn off the auto-climb, then X again to engage (level) autopilot.  You should soon be up to max cruise speed.

OK, but you may still be climbing.  Are you sure you're flying level?  Watch the rate-of-climb gauge, or a quick way to check is to engage the level autopilot by hitting the X key.  You will see a light turn on in the cockpit.  You should then see the plane start to accelerate.

... and what plane are you flying?
