For our next plane in the game I reccomend a later war Seafire. I will give more info on this when I have looked in my spit books again but if anyone wants to do the research for me go ahead :D and explain why we need one.

we don't need another spit. how about another p38? pr another russian plane? or another british bomber? or something different that would add tot he fun of the game?

Yes. Spit 16s ruin the game. That is all.

no, actually they don't. poor gameplay ruins the game, butr none of our aircraft do.

I agree Cap.  At least on the poor gameplay part.  Not quite sure what the butter has to do with it... :rofl

They're easy to fly, that's for sure, but they're generally easy to kill too as mainly noobs fly them. They have pretty insane, impregnable even performance if someone decent is in one though.

Ho-hum... Better yet, an Oscar, Beaufighter, more yaks and/or I-16, more russian bombers, another german and/or italian bomber, etc etc.

There is a WIDE range of land-based Sspitfires already - IMHO if any of the Spit family needs modled it's the SEAFIRE LF.III for the Royal Navy.

Absolutlely.
There might be whining though....
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

You do realize this was the brits main fighter right?  It's not like they produced say P-38/39/40/47/51 lets not forget f4f/fu4/f6f and all their different variants.
