One of the few who could put it in your face rude, harsh , uncut and still make it comedy.
Democracy is two wolves deciding on what to eat. Freedom is a well armed sheep protesting the vote.

I wonder what they will do with his stuff.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

used to sit and listen to his albums as a kid.  him, carson, and dick van dyke made me interested in the entertainment business as a kid. loved george...but I see he's being eulogized today as the "dean of counterculture comedy" and that is untrue.  that title goes to lenny bruce.

still recall come bits: (all done in a "news anchors" voice)

the weather radar is showing a severe wall of rain coming into the area tonight.......but it's also detecting 39 Russian ICBM's.......so I wouldn't sweat the thundershowers....

the san diego amusement park is being sued by 23 people for what they claim to be nine hours of continuous whiplash, as a man claiming to be the devil took over the roller coaster...

the santa monica freeway was the scene of a freak accident today, as six freaks in a camper crashed into three freaks in a van...

silent film star mark dunbar died today.....he had no last words........but he did make several gestures....

archaeologists digging in iran have discovered a buried city in which it's people had no tools or skills of any kind.  no trace of anything....anywhere....has been found on or near the site.

a french mathematician has been awarded for finding a new number.  he calls it "bleen"...which he claims comes somewhere in between six and seven.

My old sig line... Ascent through dissent... was ripped off from one of Carlin's books.

Thanks George.

george got un funny when he got old and bitter.

Not un-funny, but wise imo, he dared to speak up. What was ever so funny about the truth? It's a sick world we live in. To think that what he says only applies to the US is wrong, it's all across the globe. Guess where it started? Europe of course.

I guess that's the closest we can get, RPM.

Well, done.
