Great Time in the AvA tonight!
« on: June 24, 2008, 08:19:46 PM »
It sure ups the pucker factor when you run into another squad!  S! 357th

I must say I really like this setup, just the right combination of BarDar and DotDar to allow you to get in the general area of the enemy and with the reduced enemy tag range you actually have to be heads up and eyes out!

Please, please, please, keep this type of setup going.

You rammed two of them.   :)  Must have made that 109 you were flying out of Krupp Steel as you were still flying.

Was good fight between you and I - that was a clear kill, I got out of position and overshot you and you got me with the tater gun. You sure soaked up a lot of ammo with nothing but a fuel leak.

Yes we had a great fight down South with the Axis when we finally arrived there. That was huge Pony vs 109/190 battle you guys were having. Good to see more Axis squads getting involved, and flying well.

I'm really impressed with the K4, I haven't flown a Pony against it, just 38s. It's a handfull and gives me more fits than any other of the Axis stable. Against guys like 33vortex, Bubi, TheBug, Vadr, and most of the JG-54 crew I'm toast very quickly unless I have help.

Yup, the 109K is a great plane. Just wish the Germans had put a 20mm in it instead of the 30mm.

It's just evidence of how desperate they were to destroy bombers.

I like the 30mm, just don't spray and pray with it :)
