Remove "Top Pilots of Tour" from News?

How many are interested in seeing this on the front News page every tour? Personally I think it gives the wrong impression to visitors and new players that Aces High is focused on score/rank rather then it's historic content,mates and team work.

The top overall results are already listed in the score page each tour for review like any other statistic. I don't consider them "news" worthy.

In it's replacement, real news each month or even weekly. Stories of heroic individual,team or squad accomplishments via a basic hero award scheme. This will give anyone whether they are new or veterans the opportunity to receive recognition based on other players reports.

Howabout a "get to know" section of the news that selects a lucky pilot for an interview? That way we know we're all human and not some robots!

Actually SHawk has only been their twice in the past 7 tours. Think he is getting old...LOL.

How about we put the "Aces of Aces High" in place of "Top Pilots of Tour ##" ?? Instead of thinking "I have to be one of those top pilots!" as soon as they enter the website they see the Aces of Aces High films and get a feel that its not being the top pilot in scores, but having fun!

actually Lynx, that's a good idea.  That way everyone that says "Rooks/Bishop/Knights do more stuff and blah blah blah than us" can see that every country is almost the same.  But Rooks pwn all!
