Wait'll Ted Kennedy dies- then we'll have a 100 post rot in hell thread. I think this shows the maturity of the liberal posters vs. the conservative posters.

I hope Ted Kennedy rots in hell. He never did anything good for the country. And IIRC was partly the reason that we pulled out of Vietnam after we pretty much won it. Which caused the death of over 1 million people.

My sister nabbed the Time magazine issue interviewing Ole Teddy right after the chappaquidic episode.  I haven't had a chance to read it yet.

<S>

Being from NC I have lots of opinions about him.  Since he isn't around to discuss any of it with I'll just leave it that we considered him a relic from another time and place.  May he rest in peace.

I'm a conservative.  I lived in NC for 10 years and he was our senator.  He said about Chapel Hill: "put up a 10' fence with razor wire all around it and call it a liberal zoo".

I don't know about that.  I DO know that the hottest chicks on the planet are there.  You know--5-10", thin, long curly hair, gorgeous.

Jesse was ok.  I think he was way TOO consevative, and that rubbed most people the wrong way.  On national issues, he was pretty good, same for international.  His whole homophobic fears were a bit strange.  He did a good job on helping the state, and making sure we got our due on federal highway and other money.

As a NC resident, I gave him a B.
