It seems that there are always a at least a few people in the arena on free-trial that have typed his password instead of his preferred callsign when he first logged on.
Since this happens so much the instructions must somehow be unclear.
I think at the moment you type your login-ID when registering and the password then gets e-mail to you.
The first time you then log on and try to join the arena you are then prompted to type what your callsign should be, but it seems here that a lot of the new people gets confused of the way this is asked (they believe that they already DID say what name they would like to use: the login-ID). I can't remember the exact words but believe it is something like: "Type system name".
To clear up all confusion maybe just add the sentence "(this is the name you will be using in the arena)" or something like that.
