Batman, The Dark Knight
« on: July 09, 2008, 05:52:01 AM »
It aint often I look foward to a movie release but I love a Batman movie. http://thedarkknight.warnerbros.com/

When they were filming this thing, they did a lot of it overnight, it sounded like a war going on. I got a feeling this is going to be the best one yet. <S>

20 years of comics turned into movies for every summer "blockbuster"'.  Personally, I'm sick to death of it.  I am sure there are plenty of other original ideas and screenplays out there but Hollywood always seems to want to play the safe bet.  The only thing I'm really excited about is the Pacific version of Band Of Brothers.

Have you seen the new one with Christian Bale as Batman? It's a good movie, a return to a serious batman instead of some terrible silly Michael Bay blockbuster summer movie.

Speaking of growing up with it... Adam West was a bigger perversion of batman than the moronic movies with Val Kilmer and George Clooney as batman.

Micheal Keaton is my favourite Batman.

I am really looking forward to Heath Ledger's performance in this new Batman film... From what I've seen so far..... It looks like a solid performance.

Amazing detail on that shark.  I can't imagine their special effects budget!

I definitely think Christen Bale was so far the best batman, don't understand why he did not play this latest one.
