... that I am currently enjoying the Wirble's absence from LWB.

Not that I have something against it per se, but after a long time it's sooo fun being able to up my Hurri IID again vs. GV assaults instead of merely dropping bombs on them  :aok

Actually I'm doing better with the osti than I did with the ww. I think I forgot how to aim with the ww. As a side note unless you are attacking Vbases ww's or ostis should really kill you much unless you live on vulching.

Na they just forgot to add them in Blue with the new map. Also missing are P39 D&Q, B25 C&H and the SdKfz gv thing. You can also fly RV8's..

I watched someone turret an osti with one guns pass. :O  It was such a surprise because the wirbel can take so much more damage.  There was a huge gv fight at 183 yesterday afternoon, lots of fun.

I miss the wirble. You can turn off the tracers unlike the Osty. However, with osty..One hit one kill.  :D

I dont miss the WW..

we were attacking a Vbase and low and behold it was defended by a few Ostis and M16s and there were people in the soft guns..


as oppsed to there just being 10 wirbles filling the sky with lead..

wasnt  any easier.. but it was more enjoyable to see the variety


EDIT:

whats up with the OSTI's tracers?  seems like it fires 5 tracers between rounds or something. :huh

The Wirble does not take so much more damage. Learn to aim. If you don't know how to aim ask delerium he will show you

which is why i still prefer ostie, plus being able to reach out 3k+


few things better than poppin a medium-low formation of lancs on a vbase before they get their bombs off, with ostie.
