Needs to be a 'teamwork' button which allows players to create buddy stuff.
Clicking teamwork would show a scrolly-list of people looking for buddies:
a. Buffs accepting gunners
b. Pilots looking for wingmen
c. Troop requirements
You get a one-line description field, and that's it. You can only create a buddy-requirement while flying, and as soon as you exit, die, bail, crash, ditch, your requirement poofs.
