Is it just you or now i'm gonna do skins just for my fun.

As sayd it was just my first skin test and I did it for fun and not to have your approval.
Yes I started from default skin since the base colors are more or less the same (if not for the different green on the tail) and the fuselage details are well done since they correspond to the P39 pictures I have...should I do it from new even if the STR 71 had just withe tail and some yellow details?

You said it was your skin, not anyone else's with modification to portions of it.  You also asked for comment.  Which you have gotten.
