If so, what is your favorite sport to watch?

Rowing, but that's because I compete in that sport.

So, no, I won't be watching, because NBC will be covering the swimming prelims, every second of  gymnastics, whatever controversy arises, and 'what life is like in the athlete village', while other sports are having their finals.

In Seoul, they covered a Korean boxer sitting in the ring moping about a (what he considered) a bad referee call while the mens single scull finals was being raced.

NBC does a piss poor job on Olympic coverage.

I'm not surprised, I recall you coming up here not too long ago for competition. :) When is you're next trip up here? We should tip-n-get a bite.  :aok

Probably come up for the Greenlake Frostbite Regatta and the Head of the Lake... November 8 and 9 respectively.

Olaf Tufte has some serious Kiwi competition... depending on how his training has been this last year, it may be tough to defend.  I think he was third or fourth in Munich 2007 world championships.

Unsure about his form too, but usually he focuses on topping it for olympic games. A gold is not 100% sure this time though.

Ditto.  This year, however, I'll be rooting for the slime.
