Guys is it just me or do some of us not like to listen to the Kill announcements? Clutters up the screen and imposes some offensive and not really in genre squadron names to boot.  Same thing with channel 1, I mean there is some real drivel in there most of the time. Finally though I havent found anyone like this yet (thanks to channel one squelch mainly) I am sure there are some people out there who just annoy the heck out of you (maybe me?).  Wouldn't you like to just be able to squelch them or the channel one or six etc JUST ONCE and then not have to do it again? I mean the next time you play, your system remembers and puts the squelch on automatically so you dont have to type it again or worse be reminded why you squelched The Dope last time before you squelch him this time.  You could always turn it off, just like now, if you wanted, but you would have the option of leaving it on all the time. Hi Tech doesn't like the idea, I think hes mistaken. If the game offers us the ability to fully enjoy the game dweeb free, wouldn't that be a draw and an improvement over the competition? I also think there should be a Squelch Squad option, so you don't see a whole squad if ever you find one which is offending en masse or whose name is. Also if you squelch a player why not have it so you ALSO squelch HIS kill announcements so you never see his name on your screen again?  Let HiTech know what you think, is it just me? I tend to think not cause the one thing this sim offers over the others the most is an absence of kiddie annoyance so I think there are some of you paying the extra for the 'ambience" of AH and this squelch issue is all about that. Am I wrong?

would be nice to have the game parse a squelch list on start up, so you could put all your favourite channels and people in that list or remove them when you see fit.

High time the UBB had a squelch feature.
