Tracers off in Wirbles really helps   Bombers can't see the spray and zero in on ya. Also the people vulching the field have no idea you are shooting at them

I find in aircraft you actually look for hits rather than staring at the tracers.

I often fly with no tracers. Here's the thing people will recognize the sight of tracers and react much quicker than to the sound of a ping. If they get pinged they think what is that. It delays their reaction long enough for the fatal strike.

Off... when AH2 started, I had a bad video card and tracers would drop my frames to 5 or less.

I found out that by turning them off, not only did I get better frames with that card, my accuracy went up as well.

My theory on tracers. They were invented for a reason.

Off when I want it to get a little bit more challenging. I notice that in my first run I get a crazy amount of kills, and then slowly I begin not being able to hit anything. Thats when I get frustrated and turn tracers back on.
And also, my dead six shot is the worst when I'm in a plane with wing mounted guns. In the 190 D9 the dead six shot I find the most effective.
