Well i agree with them on imprisoning people who refuse to hire openly gay people,the criminalization of Homophobia(hate speach) is a violation of free speach..That's if it we were talking about a free society which is not the case here.

Only weeks ago, WND reported the president of Brazil said "opposing" homosexuality makes you a sick person, and he believes such thoughts need to be criminalized.

  I dont agree with imprisonment for a guy who doesnt want to hire someone. I think the gay guy has a right to sit out in front of the owners shop on public ground and tell people the owner didnt hire because he was gay, if that was the reason. But an employer should be able to hire who he wants to without government interference.

My business, I can hire whomever I choose and I don't have to explain anything to anyone. At least that's what the Constitution says.

It's the government that can't discriminate, individuals have every right to do so.

All anti-discrimination laws applying to individuals are fundamentally unconstitutional.

I have a right to choose who works for me, no one has the right to work for me.

The Constitution affirms inherent rights of us as individuals, it does not grant us any rights. As a result, the government is not allowed to take those rights away or restrict them in any way.
