I wonder how far that would have gone had her mother not had the GPS tracker with her daughter at all times.

She might have lost her child and someone might have gone to jail for something they didn't do?

IMHO the psychic should get some jail time and pay a fine to the lady and her child for the inconvenience........

And the people that decided the psychic was correct should face the same!

The teaching assistant needs to be fired. The teacher that the assistant works for also needs some serious job action possibly even firing, at the very least transfer out of that school. The Principal that made the call to CPS needs to be given training as to what child abuse is and what constitutes reasonable suspicion of abuse. The CPS folks need a new investigator. Anyone who took seriously a mere random allegation like that should find a new line of work.
