Geez man...just go into the sounds menu while you are in the game and set the warnings volume to 0. BTW, there are 2 of them.

yea it should pe specfic like base 23 under attack or vechicle base 23 under attack or port 23 under attack { yes i kbnow not all 3 bases can have the same name its an example becuase i know someone will bring it uo }
