How about on the town buildings instead. Just make sure they sign the disclaimer about no sign being visible when their building gets blown up.  Noooooooo pro-rated discounts.

Just use the hook on carrier aircraft for picking up and towing the banners.  If someone gets on your six just retract your hook and let the banner foul their prop.   :aok
