Well considering the Tsunami in 2004 I think it killed over 200k people. Then I'd say it's a fairly smart idea to have a bunch of coffins lying around just in case, especially considering much of the US is at risk for the same thing. I looked at about 2 mins of the dumb video, but I really love the doom and groomers that by in to all the NWO crap.
Maybe just maybe our govt has learned from it's past mistakes with natural disasters like Katrina and what we have seen across the world. Maybe just maybe, they might be actually getting prepared so they can act in case something happens. If you dig around there are also a few old compounds stashed around the country that appear to be military controlled holding facilities to deal with large amounts of infected dead people. (ie.. close to railroad tracks and set up with gas furnaces and likely set up by the CDC)
We already know if some massive bug outbreak happens a lot of people are going to die, so what wrong with "trying" to be ready for it?
Hell I already have my plan in place.. I'm stealing a nice 30f-40ft sail boat from the marina up the street and heading off to some tropical island with a couple of hot girls the second one of those bird flu outbreaks happen. So if I have a plan what's wrong with the govt having one or at least attempting to try to have a plan..
