RV-8 club!

A concept was brought up about forming an RV-8 club that would fly in the TA, specializing in formation flying with color smoke on. Purely for fun and fine tuning formation flying ability. Would have a set day and time.
The question is, would there be supporters?

I remember being there when this was brought up.

I might support the idea, just depends on the time that the squad flies.

Time would be set to allow most willing participants to take part.
Probably a late hour weekend, EST time.

I'm in.  Seeing formation flying in airshows I've always thought about an AH aerobatic team.

I'd think it would be 100ft ~ 3k. Whose starting now?  :D

I liked flying them in the MA when available as target practice for the nmy.  When the new map came out and they were still enabled, had a lot of fun flying over bases, counted 12 planes trying to shoot me down.  It's a great way to work on SA.  I'm in.

I like the idea. I just don't know how often I'll be able to do it though.  Count me out for now, but I'll probably be back.

I'm counting 7 guys and probably more when it gets started. That is more than enough for now, however anybody still wishing to participate is still welcome.
A site will be up soon with its own forum. I took your ID's down and when theres a link I will PM it to you. Soon meaning a couple of days. It's a very fresh idea.
