Wow you found an sign in English in mexico... that doesn't prove anything. If you had a country where your nations second greatest source of income is from an English speaking country you would put your signs in English as well. They want to let your and your hombre know where to spend your American curency. I don't see Texas on your list of travels, I live there and every other sign I see is in spanish.
