Great looking plane! Can't wait. I wonder if its flaps now only have 2 settings though... as I recall Hellcats' flaps were either up or down, much like a Spitfire.

Sorry to burst your bubble, RATTFINK and Whiteman... the tri-colour scheme was done away with when the F6F-5 was introduced. You'll notice that the scheme posted by RATT has a window cutout behind the cockpit, cowl flaps over the lower exhaust pipes and a more heavily framed windshield. That's an F6F-3.

Too bad though, because I personally would love to see a tri-colour Hellcat beside an F4U-1A.

God I hope so, the La7 out-turns the F6F in AH with and without flaps. You probably have better data than I to reflect on whether that is true to real life or not, but it seems wacky to me. I did some crude tests and the La7 revamp didn't seem to change anything in that regard as far as I could tell, it's radius is still tighter than the F6F...

Looks awesome, I could never fly the thing but I'll have to try it again with the update. I wonder if this means I can get my A6M updated, they do go hand in hand you know. :pray

HTC, that looks absolutely superb, as always.

I had been thinking that it smelt like an update time a few days ago...looks like I was right.

Now you have me frantic about whether you'll add the PBY Catalina or A-26 Invader...
