Some guy just trying to get in the limelight, or think there is some truth in it?  :noid

Our government couldn't cover up arms shipments, a hotel break-in, or even a blow job.

I'm inclined to say that a UFO cover-up is far beyond their meager skills.

That boy's been run'in on the moon too long.
Do not attribute to malice what can be easily explained by incompetence, fear, ignorance or stupidity, because there are millions more garden variety idiots walking around in the world than there are blackhearted Machiavellis.

I agree CAP, but Indy has a point. This isn't the government you see on  the "X-Files". You wanna see the real government in action, go to the DMV.

they sure did a good job of keeping wraps on some high tech weapons system developments though.

Don't think confuse politicians with the "real" government.

Kinda-sorta. An open government like ours is pretty bad at keeping secrets. It's inevitable that people not playing for the same team get into positions to pilfer highly confidential data, like the stuff that magically disappeared from Los Alamos not that many years ago. We're the same country that announced we had stealth attack aircraft way before we ever actually used them.

Now, if a UFO crashed in North Korea, a cover-up could work. Here? Doubt it.

hmmm... apparently this guy has some uh... credibility problems...

Quote
Mitchell’s interests include consciousness and paranormal phenomena. During the Apollo 14 flight he conducted private ESP experiments with his friends on Earth. In early 1973, he founded the nonprofit Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) to conduct and sponsor research into areas that mainstream science has ignored, including consciousness research and psychic events.

Mitchell says that a teenage remote healer who lives in Vancouver and uses the pseudonym Adam Dreamhealer, helped heal him of kidney cancer at a distance. Mitchell said that while he never had a biopsy (the definitive test for cancer), “I had a sonogram and MRI that was consistent with renal carcinoma.” Adam worked (distantly) on Mitchell from December of 2003 until June of 2004, when the “irregularity was gone and we haven’t seen it since.”
