St. Petersburg looks like a really cool city.
I was in Moscow for like 8 hours a couple of months ago, it didn't look anywhere near as nice as St. Petersburg.

It's an old Imperial navy "jack", stern flag in harbour. Soviet "jack" was red with a big yellow star in the middle, with hammer and a sickle inside.
Now they use old Russian navy flags again.
