There's nothing stopping you from emailing us a FAQ.

I think Indian made one back when AH first became available.  I think we could definitely use a new one.  We just don't have the time to make one right now.

I suggested a long time ago that they open up a contest among the players to see who could write the best manual.  Make the prize something like 3 months free play or something similar.  This would allow them to focus on programming and utilize some very knowledgeable and creative players to come up with a manual.

Thanks, everybody, for not flaming my n00b arnold. My post didn't deserve kind responses, but you posted them anyway <S>.

LOL, of course i shouldn't be bothering HTC staff right now. Back to work, Superfly

I really appreciate the effort Flakbait and others have put into this community. I'm a guy that doesn't like to bug other paying customers for help all the time. No offense meant to anyone. Cheers.

Lephturn has a copy of the manual I was working on now, and we're going to bang out a rough completed copy. Once that's done he's gonna turn it over to the trainers to see if there's anything else which needs to be added. After that, it's PDF time!! He'll probably host the sucker (damn ISP keeps cheating me outa space) for online reference, or HTC might. Hopefully both will, I don't know yet. Once I get a basic list from him of stuff that should be tackled I'll start in on it.

My suggestion (will e-mail if asked, too)  :

MFAQ (Most Frequently Asked Questions)

1.- When do we have this radar settings fixed?

2.- When do we have real Bombsights?

3.- When is next version released?

4.- When is the porked LW FM fixed?

5.- Which country has whoolier sheep?

ATMFAQ (Asnwers To MFAQ)

1.- Two weeks

2.- Two weeks

3.- Two weeks

4.- Two weeks

5.-

I think this would cover nicely the issue, and, therefore, notwithsanding the appropriate web posting, Htc. should implement them appearing in the clipboard, so everyone have them handy.

Cheers,

Pepe

When my son reached that age. It was time to tell him the facts of life.  I had charts and graphs. Multi colored arrows pointing to all the necessary equipment, with a paragraph explaining its function.

My wife collard me. And pointed out that half the fun was figuring out how it all fit together.  So, having been chastised, I put my charts away and just gave him the basics.

I think HTC has done the right thing in not giving out every detail. People will get bored with it much faster If they know every little thing right off the bat.

Geez, hope you didn't have to explain how to keep them tweezers clean too!
