dd i helped 3 guys tune their computer on aces high with absolutley no issues. They have been having the same issues as yourself. Please use my hints and tune your computer up it will be fine... AAOLDS and WASP had same issues they will attest i can help

Yes it started mid July for me I would say. Was out of town for several days and then on a back packing trip and morph told me to check back in this thread.

The problem has not gone away, but it is better than it was. I will look into many of the suggestions and tips you guys have posted.

daddog, try going through your windows updates and uninstalling the ones from July one by one.  I found that there is an update from July out there that caused me to have huuuge amounts of lag issues.  I'm still hunting for which one it was, but by installing one by one.  I just noticed that my computer automatically installed a new update, gonna check if it caused any problems.
