I think that this probably is outside of the thread, but I would like to line up a bunch of Gravediggers and Bigfoot type monster trucks and crush them driving one of these.

I lean big way towards luxury.
BMW 7 (latest), Mercedes-Benz CLS, SLR or S (especially Brabus), Maybach, Audi r8 (just because of the design;))

Ford GT (although I've seen one up close and wasn't impressed at all with the quality of it)
Ferrari - just about any of them really.  Italian rides are teh hawt.
Lamborghini Miura - probably the sexiest car ever made.
Dick Harrell edition 4Gen Camaros - the ultimate 4Gen F-body
1969 Pontiac GTO R.A. IV - the king chief
Beater 3Gen IROC or Z28 Camaro - hey, if Jeremy Clarkson would rather be in one of those than an Enzo...plus I never did get to drive one back in the day.
ZL-1 Corvette - 1969...'nuff said.
Any race car, any series, on any track.
James Bond's submarine Lotus.
Delorean - 'cuz I'm outta time.

So that's more than 10, oh well.

1964 Cobra 427
