I think they should add 8 player in again because i was fun for ppl who didnt want to pay to play but wanted to play.

Also why did they get rid of 8 player in the first place?

There were issues with certain players trying to "cheat", so HTC decided they didn't have the time and resources to baby sit the the Head to Head arenas and closed them down.

If you want to play, other than computer to computer on your home network, you have to pay. Oh and by the looks of things, its not coming back ever.

If 50 cents a day is prohibitively expensive you are better off with the disposable free time to get a paper route, mow a lawn, do some extra chores for the folks, work at McDoanld's 15 hours a week after school, babysit, clean a neighbor's pool...All it takes $180 and you're a paying AH member for an entire year...

I know, I did all of the above when I was young and broke to afford recreation...

8 Player was a blast and I wish they would bring it back.  :cry I don't know why it was free in the first place but it should come back for paying customer's only.

We still have it for paying customers, it's call the Axis vs Allies and EW arenas... :lol

AVA is nothing like 8 player and I too would love for it to come back for paying customers. Would love to be able to get a break away from the MA mentality when needed.

With the 8 player set up you could have free for all's with just squadmates or other's. Nowhere else in AH is that possible without hooking multiple computers on same network. Would also be nice to have small fights between teams with people that you already know.

Can't think of better way for squads to practice either. MA type play without the attitudes and the ability to weed out the trash.


I have yet to see everyone get along in the MA's like they did in 8 plyr. Of course I guess there was no choice in HTH since the host would just boot you if you acted like a jackprettythang.
