These would help a lot with night time stuff and tank battles, etc.
How to make them? Well, they are regular bombs (and/or rockets) but you replace the crater with an alteration of the regular smoke effect using the flame sprites.
And - this is a bit of a concession; my /personal/ ideal would be the inclusion of marker bombs, but they have relatively limited use until the last few years of the war, and would require a lot of night time flying. Whereas incendiaries have larger spread of usage. A vehicle (aircraft or ground) risks taking damage by flying thru incendiary smoke -- i.e. a fire.
