I usually take about 15-20 20mm in D-9 to make something goes boom, which is about half a sec burst. In 38 it feels like I gotta hold it down for about a second or more for the same ammount of damage.

Omg, he forgot to deploy the chute on landing. All high alt specialist knows that!

It might be time to upgrade all members of SAPP to the 38 model with two(2) engines that actually will operate without "giving up the smoke". Seems that every clip posted on this thread has one engine turning and one burnin... is that an option.

for some reason i dont think it's the guns.  One short burst in a 38 will kill juast as easil, if not easier, than the D9.

The Dora has 2 13mm's and 2 20mm's.
The P38 has 4 .50 cals and 1 20mm Hispano.
The P38's .50 cals are more effective that the 13mm's of the Dora and have a much better trajectory. Same go's for the Hispano.

Plus the fact that the guns are always at convergence.

In D-9 my cv is at 400, but i usually shoot at 200 because I know usually it's a kill shot. D-9, the majority of my shot are snap shot, so i usually only have about .5-1 secs to fire before I gotta break it off. 38 I usually settle in and have more time to work on my positioning. I dunno maybe I'm just not use to the 38 yet.

Yea, I just feel more comfortable in D-9 at 200 yards I guess.

I give it an 8.5

The points for style are good, but if he came in upside down he would of gotten more points for difficulty :aok

You have to give him at least a 9.5 based on the way he maintained his perfect posture even as the nose of the plane slammed into the runway.

Works better if you try to scratch your wings on the tower, or the VH.  I think the runway is just too solid.

When you have the front panel shoved into your chest, pinning you to the seat, it's amazing how easy it is to maintain that perfect posture.
