Just a suggestion, but my feelings are that unless there is a base capture going on, both sides should respect letting the opposition get a little altitude away from any respective base. Base capture = all bets are off, but we all know when this applies. Im not opposed to getting shot down, It happens alot, but this recomendation is all in the name of better fights.

There are some pilots that you can count on to do just that.  In this case I actually prefer the fights that I get when only a handful of players are on.

As the numbers go up, the "Pirates Code" gets tossed and it doesn't matter who vulched or HO'ed you, the next varmit that resembles that culprit is gonna get it in the worst way

Yeah, I was on last night when the allies parked their captured neutral cv right next to our base and started vultching.  It's part of the same deal as porking all of the radar so that in an arena of 12 people so it's that much harder to find them.

I will say this tyrant, as much as you complained about vultching, you never once tried to drag to the wirbel that I had sitting on the runway, even after I announced it and suggested it.

I never understood why ack gets turned down.  If people are going to run, they are going to run.  You can chase them to their ack, or across the map. 

Bump up the ack, vulching and loitering to pick off low climbing planes (just as bad) is solved.  It's not an offical vulch, but bouncing a guy with no E climbing out is almost as bad.  They can alway loiter in the middle of the bases waiting for a fight to develop there but it's easier to get kills bouncing planes taking off and trying to get E.

Basically, trade vulching and bouncing planes with no E for some running to the ack.  I think the voulching and bouncing is worse.  It does take away some easy kills though and some won't like that.

Puffy is a different matter.  It covers way too big of an area.  Wish that could be turned off.
