109F Fuel Burn

The 109F seems to have a burn rate, in the MA, of 197 GPH at all altitudes. Is this accurate? if so why does it do that and no other planes do?

I know it cuts back when I reduce throttle/RPM.
Maybe full throttle isn't changing much below the full throttle alt because it's only got a single stage supercharger. No kinks in the speed curve.
