Yah, but the problem IS that they don't wanna do that menial  work anymore, now they at Burger King fediddleing up your order because they can't speak Ingles, or they working contruction, both of which are much more preferable to fruit-picking, esp with new minimum wage rules

No, numbers do not always win.

2nd Gulf War, we had 1/3 of what we had the 1st one, up against (an estimated) force that was twice as big. Our army was so damn good, they didn't need the extra equipment.

ya i no, about 80% of the time i go to McDonalds or whatever and i order food they almost always eather don't speak english or mess up my order, I HATE IT!!! And it is stupid how they think that they should automaticly become a citizen without going through the process to citizen ship, and they don't need to know english! :furious

Question: is it the persons fault that they are poor at english or is it the owner/ managers fault for putting some one that is poor in english at the take out counter?

No, we fought the same army that surrendered to us en masse in the 1st Gulf war. They did the exact same thing this time, except that after the formal cessation of hostilities, they drifted away and formed an insurgency. If anything could  be said about the Gulf wars' one and two, the U.S. military's reputation preceded itself.
