I would have problems with numbers 2, 4, & 8, and I'll explain.

First #2, it sounds like a good idea, but in all practicality it's not, heres why, alot of things Americans need & use just aren't produced enough in America to supply demand, and we all know the rules of supply & demand, the things we need that are made here, but not in sufficient quantity, would sky rocket in price. 

For #4 I think it's been gone into detail enough already by other posters.

Now for #8, I think it's just a little extreme, although I do agree with the killing murders by the method of which they killed their victim.  Cutting of a persons hand because they stole something is just way to extreme a punishment for the crime.

Not importing or exporting anything would be an excellent way to assure the world stops giving a damn about the USA.  At first they'd be forced to figure out how to make their own computer chips, pharmaceuticals, grain, movies and television shows, weapons, bourbon, and countless other American products the world wants.  But in a few years they wouldn't need us any more, and we'd be a backwater country left behind by technology, unable to respond to any emergency that may occur, and our citizens would be illegally crossing the border to Canada and Mexico for work.
